Copy Folder

This Add-on will create a duplicate copy of a folder, it's contents and structure.  This is good for archiving old information while keeping a copy of the contents to move forward with. 

Copy Folder does not support files being associated with multiple folders.

App Script itself is pretty limiting, and while Copy Folder works, it is not as robust as I would like, so here are some alternatives that I have found:


If you are looking to do a bulk ownership change, here is some information:
  1. If you want all documents from one domain user to another, this feature is built into Google Apps Dashboard
  2. If you want paid tool for ownership change then GAT Unlock may work.
  3. If you want a free method to transfer ownership of just a folder from one domain user to another, and have access to the administrative dashboard, you can try my new Transfer Ownership add-on.
